This is it, the last week of the season. Each team is scheduled for six games with only three total contests on Monday.

Keep in mind that as teams clinch a postseason berth, they're likely to give their regulars the next day off. Not to mention, playoff clubs may rest their starters the final weekend.

With the strong chance tweaks are made to pitching plans, the Marlins' right-handed continent is earmarked to face four left-handers while the Red Sox, Reds and Dodgers line up against six righties.

The individual player rankings will be added Sunday night.
